General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between hebajje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at hebajje.net. By creating an account or placing any wager on the hebajje platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. hebajje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, registered players will receive advance written notice via the email address on file. Non-material editorial updates may take effect without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the hebajje platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

The hebajje platform provides online sports betting, live casino, and slot game services to eligible adult players in Bangladesh. The platform is operated in English. All official communications, terms, policies, and support interactions are conducted in English. The Bangladeshi Taka (৳) is the default currency for all transactions on the platform.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the hebajje platform is conditional on your full acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of any part of the hebajje service constitutes unambiguous acceptance.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The hebajje platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited. hebajje operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling, and any account found to have been created by or used by an individual under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, with any balance forfeited in full.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active account with hebajje:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of hebajje or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had a hebajje account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction that would prohibit you from opening a new account.
• You are registering and playing voluntarily, of your own free will, and for entertainment purposes only.

hebajje provides responsible gaming tools to all registered players including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. All players are encouraged to set these limits at account creation. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

Account Registration

To access the full range of hebajje services — including sports betting, live casino games, and slots — you must register for a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active hebajje account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hebajje reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and retain any bonus-derived winnings. If a player has previously had an account closed and wishes to reopen access, they must contact [email protected] and must not create a new account independently.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at registration and to keep that information current at all times. hebajje may request updated documentation at any point, including during withdrawal requests. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hebajje account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all transactions — will be treated as having been performed by you, regardless of whether your credentials were shared or compromised without your knowledge. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hebajje immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

hebajje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods designed for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction across all accepted payment methods.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically confirmed and credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of transaction completion.
• Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take 1–3 business hours to process depending on the originating institution.
• hebajje does not charge a deposit processing fee on any accepted payment method. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of hebajje.
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity may be treated as a violation of this Agreement.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same account, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where verification is pending, withdrawal processing will be suspended until all required documentation has been received and reviewed.
• hebajje reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

hebajje offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by hebajje are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (and in some cases deposited funds) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved. Wagering requirements are displayed clearly on each promotion page and are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total).

• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• hebajje reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including matched-betting strategies, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Players who have opted into self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or claim promotional bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period.

5.2 Promotion Availability

hebajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-type restrictions. Where a promotional offer contains a specific end date, that date is final — late claims will not be accepted under any circumstances. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the hebajje platform are subject to the bet-specific rules displayed at the time of placement. By confirming any bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. hebajje reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a system error, palpable pricing error, or manipulation of odds.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the quoted odds are locked and cannot be changed after the fact, except in the case of a proven pricing error.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the market being open at the time the bet is received and processed by the hebajje system. Bets submitted during a temporary market suspension may be rejected.
• Matches that are abandoned or suspended may result in bets being voided, depending on the stage at which the abandonment occurred and the specific rules for that market. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance as stake.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Match results settled on incorrect data will be revised once the official result is confirmed.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on the hebajje platform are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage are governed by the respective studio and are displayed within the game interface. hebajje does not alter game logic or outcomes. All game results are determined by independently certified random number generators. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the hebajje server, the server record shall be the definitive result.

User Obligations

By registering and using the hebajje platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure at hebajje's sole discretion.

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information at registration and during any subsequent verification process, and will update that information promptly if it changes.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, betting market, promotional offer, or technical feature of the hebajje platform for financial gain outside normal legitimate play.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the hebajje platform in any way, including to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with customer support.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, system, or interface forming part of the hebajje platform.
• You will not use the hebajje platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• You will not engage in any conduct that harasses, abuses, threatens, or impersonates any other player, hebajje employee, or third party while using the platform or its support channels.
• You will gamble responsibly, within your personal financial means, and will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You will not allow any third party to access or use your hebajje account, and you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials.

Account Suspension & Closure

hebajje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, without being required to provide advance notice or detailed justification where doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with legal obligations, or protect the interests of other players.

8.1 Grounds for Closure

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a hebajje account may be suspended or closed in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Evidence of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other criminal activity conducted through the account.
• Operation of more than one account simultaneously or creation of a new account after a prior account has been closed.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral schemes.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or prohibited software to interact with the platform.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your hebajje account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days of receipt. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to also activate a self-exclusion order to prevent the creation of new accounts in future.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by you or by hebajje — your access to all platform services will be revoked immediately. Any bonus funds or promotional credits remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned (subject to the conditions above) unless the closure was triggered by confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or material breach of these Terms & Conditions, in which case hebajje reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and resolution.
